I feel almost as if the series has turned back toward the old gensokyo style.

I'm not sure what my opinion on that is, but Zun has taken many directions with touhou and almost all have been positive

this feels like a stage theme, reminiscent of calmer extra stages, but without the... malicious edge?

This comment style feels strange, I'm not sure If I really captured the Zun element in the feel, I wonder...

This was my first time playing a touhou game without looking at all the characters first. These were my thoughts as i went through this stage.

"Whoa, i like this music. are those black holes? Wow, shes pretty. Wait, is that the stage 3 boss? This will be fun."

It's sounds as awesome as all other games. I just these themes a bit more.

This game is.. as far as i know, the first stage 4 theme also being used at the credits of the game.

But a little slower, if i recall. Amazing nonetheless =D

Listening to this song in stage 4 makes you say to yourself: "Ah, that's the touhou I know...". Many of the new characters look PC-98-esque. Or is that just because I associate unfamiliarity with PC-98.
