Actually, that was on the level.

Though it wasent shown again, cost down still remained in play. That means that toon summoned skull was treated as a level 4 monster and blue eyes toon dragon as a level 6.

Lulz Pegasus doesn't know the rules of his own game. Toon Summoned Skull and Toon BEWD are special summons. You don't have to use ultimate offering to summon them in addition to your normal summon.

Ok...... something i noticed that's in the movie that the creators messed up... At 1:49 you see the cards in each player's hands... but if you look very closely you see that Pegases holds Dark Magician Girl in his hand, but the card he plays is Toon Dark Magician Girl.

toons suck ass, you can't attack on the first turn they're summoned, you have to pay 1000 life points to use toon world, it costs 500 points to attack with them, they can be destroyed by destroying toon world, the only good thing about them is that they can attack lp directly

well damage poleryzer and fusion guard are like ring of defense but better ring of def only protects from traps the other 2 protect from any effect as far as fusion guard being effective just put allot of fusion monsters in your deck

Have you yet to realize that the cards in the cartoon are not EXACTLY the same as in real life. I'm sure if you were to go check the 1st season you'd notice quite a few problems with the effects of the cards.
