Hey Mr. Saffaie! Do you mind taking my recommendation for making a video for WEAKLINGS? You are absolutely superb when it comes to fitness, but some of what you do is VERY difficult for people who are starting with body fats of something like 30% and low muscle.
this ab workout looks very helpful. im 17 im trying to get more toned lower abs and im working on a tan i have one question though i sometimes slouch when i sit and it leaves crease marks on my lower abs so when i flex it looks very off. and people told me that i should get tan and it would make a difference, but i wanted to get some good advise from someone who looks like they know what they are talking about. but anyways this works all the lower abs correct? because i have the upper abs toned

i have 20 % boy fat and i want a sixpack i dont have breakfast anymore i dont eat at the macdonalds no chip no cola only water and i do 150 weight lifts 100 situps 50 push ups on one day and i do karate 1 day in a week how long i must do this for a sixpack my weight is 51 kil and i am (m) 1.61/1.65
listen you might think that not eating breakfast is a good thing, but you must have breakfast everyday. Breakfast gets your metabolism going, if you dont have breakfast, it will make you gain weight. The best thing to do iseat breakfast early, and then workout because thats when your metabolism is the best after you eat. But yes stay off hte mcdonalds and dont try too hard.

I realize that several others have said this already, but (proQB12) makes a good point about Breakfast. I'm a wrestler (not that WWE Stuff but REAL WRESTLING) and we eat breakfast to get our metablism going and we need that first meal to give us energy and it actually can make you lose weight faster b/c your stomach is constantly burning, so even if its just a health bar or sumthing simple, as long as your stomach is digesting. But dnt eat wen working out, it can stop your digestin

Movement period burns calories, and that CAN lead to burning fat. To truly burn fat you must complete the three points I call it the triangle 1. healthy eating 2. resistant training 3. cardio take away anyone of those and it will become harder to accomplish your goals.
So mike the cockroach spin is what you mean transitions, so going left to right with that is what makes the "muscle response"..to be honest I would rather have someone throw an 8 lb medicine ball on my abs, is that the same thing?
Throwing an 8lb medicine ball on your abs has a specific benefit and that is quick contractions as well as impact conditioning. The "cockroach" spin is used for response,agility conditioning and to be able to move your body easier and smoother with ease. But the best way to find out is by trying it. I can assure the cockroach spin will be more challenging. Good Lock

@bestofMD doing ab exercises will not burn belly fat. There is no such thing as spot reduction. DO cardio to reduce overall fat levels
