The other side of "Way Down Yonder in New Orleans" is a little known number called "Perhaps You'll Think Of Me". "Birth of the Blues" is on Columbia 4398 and the other side of that record is "It All Depends On You". Both records were made in 1927.
I have this one and if memory serves me correct, 'Birth of the Blues' is on the other side?. My copy of this record belonged to an old friend who bought the disc in 1927 - he was a huge fan.
Interesting to hear the original. However,Freddy Cannon made this immortal (in my humble opinion)
