  • I had natural child birth 2 times. No drugs at all. I just calmed myself right thru both of them. I didn't realize until now that I probably did this hypno in my way. I think that the no drug way is the best way..but not the best way for everyone!

    The power of the mind is incredible. My wife Joanna delivered all 3 of our children this way, pain free. Awesome!
