  • It's possible that the investigators did not want to investigate the motives that lead to political sensitive areas where one can find rightwing extremists, because of the fear that it would reveal painful truths that would smash the vision of a democratic sweden and that it would hurt the heroic vision of Palme, I think Hans Holmér who was a -->socialdemocrat <--- (Why would he be involved in the asssassination?) focused on the wrong things during his time as an investigator.

  • Wouldn't surprise me if CIA was behind this.

  • Beautiful Swedish Version of Violeta Parra's Gracias a la Vida some say he was killed by an agent of Pinochet's dictatorship since Palme was an ardent supporter of Human Rights.

  • @socotroquito2007 he was killed by people who didnt want him to bring peace and yes he was a supporter of human rights

  • @ScrewFearMe Who said or thought that Olof Palme brought peace???? Palme talked about peace but on the same time he was instrumental in selling a field artillery to India, a nuclear nation involved in an arms-race with Pakistan, both with atom-bombs.

  • Vem spelade låten i början av videon?

  • @LeoErba Det är Arja Saijonmaa som sjunger Jag vill tacka livet". (hon sjöng den på Palmes begravning.)

  • If the socialdemokrats smashed the investigation and all the proof, it sounds to me that they were behind it, i heard from relieble sources that he had HIV, maybe they didnt want a scandal

  • The whole investigation was a mistake...the S party smashed the investigation and all the proof, destroying the possibility for anyone to find the real murderer..stupid swedes..

  • @am1966ath this murder investigation is badly designed from the beginning but it is deliberately done to hide the fact that the police themselves were involved in murder

  • @TheBlueswede that is not impossible at all..many plicemen hate Olof Palme..but the S party helped smash the investigation by interference and the stupid investigation by the queer, deluded publisher Ebbe Carlsson and Palmes friends, Anna Greta Lejon and Carl Lidbom..in a murder case, by law( in any civilized country) the police follows certain procedures..here they didn t do anything, people on the street hardly saw a police car, hans Holmer was behaving very strange and his leads are so weird

  • @am1966ath I did not know this but it seems that Palme's killer was revealed already in the 90s. it's just that no one who works with the case seems interested in gaining evidence against him.

  • What I don't really understand is why Hans Holmér would be part in this... He was a social democrat just as Palme and not surprisingly spent time in Borlänge because of the Vasaloppet <- (Swedish annual skiing competition) But he rushed back to Stockholm when he found out about what happened to the Prime minister.

It's possible that "his" baseball league with extremists lead it's own operation against Palme since they truly hated Palme.

  • @limsniff The "Baseball league" was abolished long before the murder, obviously people that used to be part of it continued to work together in other constellations, and worked together in their own private companies, after they left the force, several of them were right wing extremists and has appeared in the investigation and could very well has something to do with the murder.

But the actual "baseball league" did not exist in 1986.

  • @AmpleFool

Correct, The Baseball league existed til 1983 almost

  • Thank you for uploading! By the way, what year was this documentary sent?

  • @GlobalAmazingNews Don't realy know, late 90's, 1997-98 I would guess.
