GENIUS commercials. I've been a Sprint customer for years in four different cities and they've never let me down. I purchased the Palm Pre when it launched. It's not perfect, but overall I'm blown away with the phone. Love it. I should add I had a short stint with AT&T on the iPhone and HATED it. I'm so glad to be back! :)

Sprint has been the underdog for a while, but having been a sprint customer for over a decade (old nextel person here), I can tell everybody that sprint rocks, their quality is good, their customer service is good, their speed rocks, and their customer service rocks too.
