The problem is that the zombies are much more aggressive in the Wii version and, therefore, you MUST kill them any time you see them. Also, the maintenance tunnels can still have over 100 on screen at once on the wii... I'd say on average I can get about 25 at close range. Not that impressive, I know, but the myth that this version has less zombies is just that; a myth.

The wii version looks like a San Andreas mod for several reasons:-Worse graphic-The hundreds of zombies are reduced to a bunch of zombies-The various areas appear from nothing while you are moving.
This game is 3 years old and I can't understand why you have waited so long to play it in a castrated version and even if wii is little bit powerful than the first xbox, it is pretty pity because the hardware is almost 10 years old and it couldn't even run the main screen of Resident Evil 5.

Well after all the criticisms i've heard from people on gaming forums I can say this looks nearly the very same game as the 360 version. Just with a slightly lower number of zombies. The graphics look absolutely fine.

why does everyone care so much about wii vs 360 vs ps3. i have wii and love the throwing motions for madden. i can never go back to just hitting a button. yeah, graphics suck on wii but the actions has made games more exciting. i plan on buying ps3 in the future cuz of blueray and mg4. hell, id get 360 if i had the money and time. theres advantages and disadvantages to all systems. i do wish wii would have more games and better graphics but i dont think i can play madden on another system again.
the real fun behind the 360 version was there was a sea of zombies. you always felt pressure to move/swing/chop/etc. There were so many zombie on the screen in places that you could quickly climb up the back of one and just run on top of their heads. Many people find the loss for this game is that running through a mall with only maybe 12 very slow moving zombies scattered around you will just be kind of silly (and boring). i tend to agree

The cutscenes are 360 graphics from the first game, this game is goin to suck ass. I own a 360 and a wii , and i can safely nsay that without more zombies this game is gonna be a breeze , i understand that it annot handle as many on screen zombies as the 360 but c'mon.
This game is going to be great it has the feel of resident evil 4 wii edition but the endless fun you will have murdering zombies and i also saw new enemies like the poodle 0:54 and the bird thing @ 1:43 the wiis graphics however are not that great but they do have hd cables that can be bought for around $30 SO I think that would be a good investment the game is due to release 1/20/09 so i cant wait and this is finnaly a game that can be enjoyed by an older person.

i have it for xbox, but it's the same so:
1. No there is not multiplayer (though it would kick butt)
2. Yes it is a campaign, you need to survive 72 hours while trying to find the truth behind the zombies
3. you must stay in the mall (except you can go into the leisure park, which is outside but has the mall all around it.)

Well after all the criticisms i've heard from people on gaming forums I can say this looks nearly the very same game as the 360 version. Just with a slightly lower number of zombies. The graphics look absolutely fine.
Don't know why people are complaining about this so much. I just wonder if they've done anything to fix the annoying boss/psychopath battles and survivor AI.

I agree the controllers suck balls, I mean, all you do is flail the whole god damn time, and the gamecube graphics are better than most Wii games!!! I think like 25% of games have mario in them, 45% are made from movies and shows, 25% are 3rd developers and the last 5% are worth playing!

Again to clarify, the original, made in the 80's has slow zombies, the remake made in the 2004 has fast zombies.

Shooters are fun, when every new game that comes out has a 99% probability being shooter gets boring. You probably never actually played any of the good wii games out there. I've played xbox and ps3, after about 10 min of chopping ppl with a chainsaw in gears I wanted to change the game. None of that shit is actually fun for a long period of time. Actually only gta 4 is worth playing. Oh just finished burning dead rising, time to test it out. Can't you do that?

It's not out yet but I downloaded the Japanese version you fuck nut! Yes I can download games and burn them! HAHA, Twilight, Galaxy, Corruption, Brawl, RE4, Skate it, No More Heroes, GHWT, Deadly Creatures, Mario Kart, and HOTD:OK. COMING SOON! Madworld, The Conduit, Dead Space Extraction, and This game. Those games are amazing, now if they don't have blood spewing out of someones asshole check out madworld, I think it's bloody enough.

they are VERY different, one is mainly like a sandbox (dead rising) and the other one is mora like survival fps with team work. and yes, left 4 dead is VERY COOL!i ll have it for pc some day.

why does everyone care so much about wii vs 360 vs ps3. i have wii and love the throwing motions for madden. i can never go back to just hitting a button. yeah, graphics suck on wii but the actions has made games more exciting. i plan on buying ps3 in the future cuz of blueray and mg4. hell, id get 360 if i had the money and time. theres advantages and disadvantages to all systems. i do wish wii would have more games and better graphics but i dont think i can play madden on another system again.

the real fun behind the 360 version was there was a sea of zombies. you always felt pressure to move/swing/chop/etc. There were so many zombie on the screen in places that you could quickly climb up the back of one and just run on top of their heads. Many people find the loss for this game is that running through a mall with only maybe 12 very slow moving zombies scattered around you will just be kind of silly (and boring). i tend to agree

The cutscenes are 360 graphics from the first game, this game is goin to suck ass. I watched a video, when you fight adam the clown, but the fight wasnt in wonderlan plaza, it was on the roof, the one you go on when you leave the security room. pretty gay, not safe anywhere, the graphics suck, the controls will be hard, I think I will stick to the 360 version.

This game is going to be great it has the feel of resident evil 4 wii edition but the endless fun you will have murdering zombies and i also saw new enemies like the poodle 0:54 and the bird thing @ 1:43 the wiis graphics however are not that great but they do have hd cables that can be bought for around $30 SO I think that would be a good investment the game is due to release 1/20/09 so i cant wait and this is finnaly a game that can be enjoyed by an older person.

I don't have a Wii myself, but I am most pleased that game developers have opened their mind to the wonders of something I call "thinking outside the box" and being "innovative".

yeah. it is really different... in the 360 version you have to fight against thousands of zombies. there are hundreds in each area. on wii there are about 20... so, you cant feel surviving...
