  • @MrCuntnfancy can i have some of those drugs??

  • @temper1995 Sure...but theyre expensive....;)

  • male and female ?

  • Are u still selling dovii's

  • @Jokersm89 Yeah I only have two 3"inch dovii's right now for sale. They go pretty fast once they get about 1" to 2"inches. People seem to just luv my Dovii 's for some reason.

  • Cool cuz I got 4 small dovii and they taken foeva to grow and I been looking for red tiger moto but every where I went they too small I need something around 4 -5 in and if u kno anybody selling" real" trimacs let me kno

  • Is it possibly to get a price list on all your fish

  • @cashmoneyrecordsent I don't catalog or list a price on my fish because I'm a breeder who likes to see how they turn out first. And depending on the blood-line, size, an how they look then I set a price. But right now the only fish I have ready to go is my Dovii's which are off my Lycan -blood line from Chaos. Thery 're about 2 to 4"inches now an going for $10.00 to 20.00 dollars. My Super Red Tiger Mota's will be ready soon I'll keep you posted.

    Thanks

  • How do I order from you

  • @cashmoneyrecordsent Just email me your mailing info at realhardcichlids@yahoo.com my name is Skip. Thanks

  • isn't Chaos a female and more aggressive then Rampage?

  • @SACAcichlids No Chaos is a male who is very scrappy!!!

  • @fishlaw1 alright that makes a ton more sense i think i like chaos a little more for looks what line is he from?

  • @SACAcichlids Chaos is from a very old bloodline. I acquire his father back in 1996 from a guy name Demus who I nicknamed the "Godfather of cichlids. His mother I got from a LFS called "Larry's fish bowl" in Washington DC, Chaos was born June 4, 2000 that make him more then 10 Years old. And he's still kicking & breeding like crazy!!!!

  • @fishlaw1 holy crap thats amazing when i buy some dovii's i'll have to buy some from chaos because i really like him. how much does it usually cost to ship one?

  • @SACAcichlids Various States have different price tag some higher then others. So it depends on your location.

  • @fishlaw1 alright sending you my location.

  • Rampage's an awsome such as chaos

  • Thanks....

  • check out my dovii eating a snake

  • Yes, that is correct if you perform a weekly 10-15% water change your tank would be healthier and your fish will grow faster. But don't touch the filter cleaning the gravel will take out the beneficial bacteria the filter is the only other location bacteria grow in. It's not wise to disrupt both locations at the same time i would clean the filter once month.

  • Power feeding, and lots of water changes/ filtration. As long as your tank is 75 gallons on up & you do repeated water changes your fish will grow. Water Changes and Filtration is the key to fast growth.

  • those fish are beasst lol

  • Thanks...

  • im suprised to see a female put up such a fight

  • nice dovii's

  • Thanks...

  • doesent look like the female wants a partner

  • That's because it's to male's fighting to see who get to mate....

  • Not a good idea because you get what you pay for. I always say seek quality when buying cichlids.

  • It's always a good thing to start dovii cichlids out in a large aquarium. Even if they're only 2" inches, but if you only have a 55" gallon it's ok. But make sure you get a large tank for him or her one day.

  • nice video :)

  • Thanks.

  • I see you have some pretty nice videos your self...

  • Nice video bro..how the big dovii? How big is he now?

  • Rampage is about 19 inches, Chaos is about 16"inches & Bulldozer is 14 1/2 inches.

  • Just pick-up some silver dollar fish, I'll say about four or five. They are used as target fish to keep the fighting down.

  • would dovii do good in 55g?

  • No, you need at lease a 75 gallon to start with. And then up to a 150 to 300 hundred gallons.

  • I have a new vid out...tanks needs fixing up a bit but you will see what im talking about...the female is slightly larger than the male,,so im just hoping that they bond together...they show signs..but they also have the odd tussle..

  • Ok I'll check them out and see what I see. And let you know what I think is going on.

  • I have a couple of young uns...I have a male and female dovii...female is about 6inch but the male is slightly smaller...they were ok at first...started to bond...and i still believe they will bond as the male grows larger...but i done a water change today and they started jaw locking...the female is a little stronger but i dnt think enough to kill the male...i will post vids soon

  • Looking forward too it....

  • Why are you letting these monster fish fight bro?

  • I do it for "Research" that's all. So that when someone ask me a question about them i can give them the facts not an opinion.

  • Great looking fish. Don't usually like the ones with humps on the head but this one is just beautiful. What song is playing in this vid? Great song and fish.

  • Thanks - I appreciate your kind words...

  • Lol, tough. i like the setuo of the video wit the song.

  • Thanks, all in the name of research!!!

  • i know you have said that you dont fight your fish for the fun of it, but why do you do it? you said it's just before breeding. dose it make them more likely to breed? just woundering. beautiful fish dude! i have watched alot of your vids. and must say know your shit!

  • Hey thanks- For your question but here is the dill alot of people ask me for my expertise on cichlids. And I don't like not knowing what I'm talking about like for example. They would ask what cichlid has the strongest lock, now how can I say it's the dovii with out doing my research sometime that might mean that, I would have too let mize lock up with other cichlids to see for my self. One thing I don't like is when people give there opinion instead of the fact's.

  • So the answer to your question is. I do it for "Research" as well as for breeding sometimes. Not for fun, or sport unlike the idiot from Cichlid Madness would have you think.

    Thanks.

  • Umbee's are number one for real.

  • Jeff Rapps got nice doviis. He sold me one at 3 inches, a male dovii and already have nice shape with heavy spots on its lower half body. I was happy to own the 1 male dovii because the last time I order from another pet store company , turn out that it was a female dovii. I always wanted the male as they look much cooler and bigger meaner looking than the female dovii but any way would be nice to have a pair.

  • my red devil would kill them both

  • Ok tunez what ever you say. I know that red devil are extremely agressive but i'm not so sure about that it can kill a dovii. Maybe if your red devil is much bigger than the dovii, I will believe you.Mine is now growing a bit and starting to have his gold and bluish green color on the face and fins.

  • thats cool but i say that because i am 40 years old and i breed red devils for a living. I've had red devils with every kind of fish. size matter sometimes but 90% of the time the red devil won. even at the same size as the dovii the devil would get him. dovii mouth is much bigger but the agression is not like the devil

  • I guess one of these day I'm just gonna have to see it for my self since seeing is believing lol. Red devil combine with a trimac cichlid would make a very beautiful flower horn though.

  • yes it makes a very beautiful flower horn. i wish i had pics of the diffrent kinds of fish i mixed together with red devil. i mixex green terror with it. that was ugly though. mixed oscer.

  • a red devil would lose to this size, dovii at this size would over power even a full sized red devil

  • ok. I have been breeding red devils for 20 years. they are the mean of the mean freshwater fish. dovii mouth is bigger but the red devil heart is bigger. I use to fight fish for a living, i no it sounds funny but yeah. red devil the same size as a dovii, red devil would win. trust me

  • Ok, no disrespect to ur 20 yrs of red devil breeding, but I myself have kept red devils and other cichlids for many yrs. And I and any other expert will tell u, that yes a red devils r one of the most vicious fish u can get, but the pure facts of reality is that a red devils mouth can only open a inch or a half wide and a dovii's can open almost 3 times as big..ive seen many fights with full grown red devils and i've seen dey have lost everytime when goin against a bigger jag or wolf

  • A red devil would loose so bad against a full grown male 20 in dovii red devils are smaller and no where near as tough as a dovii you haave bred red devils not dovii's

  • Yeah a red devil would loose but not a Umbee a umbee would smash both of them.

  • I dont Kow it would be close with and umbee vs dovii but i see were your coming from with an umbee i have one myself very aggresive but beutiful cichlid

  • ..and the truth is, u usually see a RD get bigger then lets say 14" is in the wild, usually they stay in the 12-14 inches in captivity, and not so much more in the wild. Jag and wolfs on the other hand have been documented to grow to 20+.. I myself have seen a 30 inch or so Jag in the D.C. aquarium. RD's r one of my favorite fish, i have a 8inch in my tank rite now, but the honest truth is, against monster fish like this, they are sorta out classed. :)

  • I try not to get in these type's of debate's but I like how you so eloquently voice your opinion. And i must agree with you 100% i have been breeding Red Devils; Dovii's and many more for over 20 years. And witness many battles between Dovii's & Red Devils and it seem to me that the Red Devil only win when it is in it's own tank but when we put them in a neutral tank it's a different out come with the dovii winnig 90% of the time. I think both are awesome fish and are not to be mess with.

  • I have to agree with Skip on that one because i have a red devil and when i put him in the tank with the dovii off of rampage he don't even fight back. But when i put the dovii in the red devil tank the red devil go to work on him. But my dovii always fight back no matter what tank hes in.

  • I disagree, a Dovii and Red Devil of the same size would result in a Dovii victory 9/10 times. The downfall of the Red Devils is there jaw size or lack there of. A Red Devil can lock on the Dovii's lips, but the Dovii will lock on the Red Devils face. 3 out of the 5 members of the Parachromis family cichlids have exceptionally large mouths with the power to back it up. If everything being even, heart, aggression and determination, the Dovii would win hands down.

  • If you agree then you are saying the same thing we are saying the Dovii would win 90% of the time you have too read the comment closely. Because it sounds like you are agreeing with use.

  • I disagree with all of ya'll either the Dovii or the Red Devil is number one. The number 1 cichlid is the Umbee hands down.

  • You are a twat.

Do you like dog fights too.

    You sick fuck.

  • Skip is the dovii king of kings no body has doviis like his not even Jeff Raffs.

  • Thanks I appreciate it...

  • Browsing threw and seen this. I can't believe you treat your fish in this manner.

  • Notice the gash in the side of the bigger Dovii. Congratulations asshole. Your fish is now wide open to infection.

  • @madwhitehat u real quick to disrespect sumbody an call them an asshole when ur safe at home on ur computer an not face to face i guess u think ur real tuff for dat....

  • PROB IS NEITHER FISH IS 16" LOOK LIke 12" TO ME

  • No!- the problem is how can you tell from a video what size a fish is? I don't think so dude you can't unless you are ther in person too see for your self the flower pot is 18"inch long and most people who see them in person say they are bigger then they look on video...

  • dem joints jii locked for a min! slim my blue devil will punish both dem joints!!!

    holla at me!

  • I don't think so.But I don't fight my fish for sport or fun, I just let them spar before breeding sometime.

  • Usually in a fight like this the bigger fish win.

  • what are they doing? XD

  • oral

  • hahahaha

  • lol

  • Hell to Yeah!! they are.

  • lol

  • yes my man, i had a 12 inch managuence..

I got a 8 inch red devil now..

    i live in woodbridge..

all i gotta say is dem manguences are crazy themselves..

  • What size tank?

  • 130 gallon aquarium but he was in a three hundred gallon at first.

  • Ive kept all kinds of cichlids for some 25 years now and i would'nt say that jewels are that aggressive.I currently have a pair in with my malawi aquarium and they get chased everywhere.

  • epic battle. dovii are amazing cichlids. red devil dovii and umbees are the top cichlids.

  • u forgot jewel cichlids, they r small but the little fuckers r evil n beastly

  • I must agree with you 100% jewel cichlids are nasty!

  • yup i have one that fights with my convict n they go back n forth but the jewel usually beasts on the convict. I think a jewel wouldnt think twice about killing even the most aggressive cichlids

  • hmm funny thing is my convict beats the daylights out of my jewel all the time. but yeah jewels are nasty bugger's just my convict is nastier. give props to jewels though they're tough

  • I've had 4 jewel cichlids and they all got tore up and eaten or picked on till they died

  • Did they get pick on by a Dovii? Jewel cichlids can hold its own on other small cichlids but to a dovii they get harrass, beaten, kill by. The jewel cichlid doesn't get that big any way. they only get up to like 4 inches the most but pretty fast and agressive for cichlid their size.

  • No the jewel got beat up by slightly bigger or the same size africans......

  • they never had to be separated?

  • Yes! they are separated they can't be housed with other cichlids.

  • how old are they? Dovii! king of kings.....

  • The 18"inch one is three years old & 16"inch is about four 1/2.

  • Those are some huge monsters wrecking!
