Also, one of the most innovative moments of this game was left out of this video. The three monkeys at the top when you battle him on this stage are responsible for three of the instruments in the stage theme. Each one controls a different instrument and when you get all three of them to start playing Louie forgets the fight and starts dancing leaving him open to attack. I really liked that because I wouldn't see something like that again until Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney years later.
I can't believe I made it to this level!!! It's really lovely but King Louis is hard. It's very much like the one in Sega Megadrive/Genesis version with the exception that you don't have that much space and because of this it's much harder to dodge his bananas. You need many tries to work out your strategy against him. A good thing is that unlike Genesis version here he sometimes shoots bananas in the opposite direction so you can hit him from behind.
I could never beat King Louie.. still i cant believe i got that far with the fact that i played this game when i was maybe8-9 years old. This was truly one of snes hardest and frustrating game. Thanks for uploading it!
@spywaremegaton Yeah you're right - this was one of the hardest SNES games I've ever played. Heck, I still haven't beaten the game by going all the way through.
@bulls7123 indeed...one of the hardest games I ever finished for the snes....incredibly frustrating at times and it's difficulty was insane considering it is a Disney movie based videogame (one would expect maybe something more friendly, aiming for little kids)... the collapsing ruins stage was HARD AS HELL with it's mad scrolling, you really needed some steel nerves out there.... and sure back in the days you couldn't save anywere or try an unlimited amount of times...god I miss old times
That line was taken directly out of the movie itself! It was spoken by one of King Louie's primate goons when they discover that Baloo's monkey disguise has failed and exposed his true colors.

Kids think getting CoD achievements are badass, that Wesker from Resident Evil is epic. No, when I was growing up, 1:32 was EPIC.

yeah, throw bananas at the monkeys on top. Louie starts dancing leaving him vulnerable.
