Some of the guys should try a wider grip on the bar when bench pressin. I use to do the thumb lengths away grip on bench press, and now I do the pinky on the ring, and my max has rosen exponentially. I'm just sayin. But strong kids though.
@SIOYGYGYG no they should not actually. They play football and are never going to block someone wide. It's better that they keep their hand placement where they are blocking someone.

you shouldnt use those ez curl bars, the dont allow you to contract your bicep fully because of your wrists turned inward.
and not trying to hate but its not a curl if you are bouncing like that. thats momentum.
