  • woo penis

  • nice boobs xd

  • Why does she have to be shirtless....

  • @BreeFenton Because she is an old man

  • @SaltyJube ... So. It's just gross.

  • if she give resistance to that movement in her left arm, the tear would have gone wors, becasuse of the excentrix force the muscle must generate.

Just keep it isometric, more safe in my opinion. Also test in different degress of shoulder abduction to asses the severity

  • @DollarDollarBillYa You look on Youtube for titties?? You sure you're doing it right, man?

  • ferkinskin- the supraspinatus only does the first 15 degrees of abduction, the rest is the deltoid

  • i just wanted to see tits.

  • can we use drop arm test instead of this one?

  • Man Boobs.

  • i clicked this video cuz i though I saw titties in the thumbnail...now I need some eye bleach..

  • @DollarDollarBillYa hahahhaha

  • @DollarDollarBillYa

    Hahahahaha Same thing here

  • @DollarDollarBillYa i bet like 90 % did thubs up if u clicked cause u thought u saw titties :^)

  • @DollarDollarBillYa Lmao..... Same case here!! HAHHAHAHAH!

  • @DollarDollarBillYa me too :( But beggars can't be choosers, so still fapped to it

  • His left shoulder sits higher than his right one

  • @Icyrails12 Wow, could you tell that just by looking?

  • uhh yea? Can't u tell? haha, its quite obvious. Now...if your comment was sarcasm however...then all i can say is im sorry i offended u with my comment O.o

  • Interesting video but I am not real sure about the patient, you can't trust these people, slit you throat quick as look at you given half a chance !

  • the doctor asked him to provide resistance, his left arm cant due to the tear

  • is he on estrogen

  • If the supraspinatus was torn he wouldn't be able to lift his arm that far would he? I mean, the ventral and dorsal parts of the deltoideus would lift after 60 degrees, but upto there it's supraspinatus! Interesting though.

  • Hey, love your aswer. Can I ask you, where to get such a exact muscle and there action description.

  • Im a physio....its my job:)) Greetings !!

  • @ferkinskin supraspinatus does not do the first 60 degrees of movement alone. This is totally wrong information to be spreading.

  • Depends on witch degree the torn is . With a small torn sprspnts , its still possible to go to 60 degree

If she cant go up to 60 degree , than its time for some medical imaging (srry for the poor english)

  • @RuudG1988

I thought the test was okay, but an abduction with resistance is a little too strenuous as far as I am concerned. The initial movement in the abduction, or the inability to raise th arm initially, would be enough to suspect a spinatus tear. I wouldn't personally test with that much resistance..but each to his own. I agree with you...I would keep it isometric. BTW I wouldn't worry about your english...it's fine.

  • thank you

  • what is he doing i dont understand really :P

  • He is looking for pain or weakness on the shoulder where it has problems. and you can see the obvious weakness in the patient's left shoulder

  • good question dude

  • oh doc..it was hurting me unmerciful sir..

  • man boobs

  • Good examination
