To bad you seem to be misinformed. Lady Nerevar, a TR administrator, is taking over the Hammerfell mod (which she was already in charge of while it was at TR, anyway). There will be no difference, except perhaps in increase in speed.
And again, after seeing this second video, all I could say is you guys are definitely taking this project in the right direction. What more could I say? It already feels like how Hammerfell should feel. I can't wait to see what you guys do with Sentinal and the Dragon Tail Mountains!
Who says coastal cities of Hammerfell have a Breton or Imperial look about them? TR spent the better part of two years designing and modeling/texturing this tileset, so we're pretty solidly based when it comes to the aesthetic qualities of brand new content.

Let's see, there's this Hammerfell mod, Elsweyr, a Valenwood, and I think a Black Marsh mod, then TR is doing Morrowind...
All that's left is High Rock, Skyrim, and the Summerset Isles.
There's the Tamriel Heightmaps project that would greatly speed up the process, but it would conflict with this mod...

@GamerDude573 It's not official, and it wouldn't be for Oblivion. So it would still have to be re-created at that point.
However, there's likely to be a group to make the whole of Tamriel in TESV instead, adding the rest of the land onto Skyrim.
