It happens when player switches to opposite team and then you rewind demo back and he stays at that team. HLTV switches team for player only at moment when he does that, so if that happens then restart demo and try not to rewind too far.

@neoxpt and @yourmt actually that's all part of the bug. The name of the CT how got killed turns red too, as if it was really a T and the time is 0:00 and the scores are CT - 0 and T - 0. Sometimes if the demo is recorded by the player and not by the HLTV, the life of the player also turns 0 before he receives damage.
