Fantastic stuff. I can play this pucker style but struggle with tongue blocking. The chording you play under the tune is brilliant, its like somebody on a squeeze box. Any tips?
I don't read music! I learnt it years ago from an album 'Great Hamonica Players of the 20's and 30's'. I've listened to the record recently and the original is looser than my version and has fantastic tongue rolling, so it's interesting how my mind straightened out the tune after not hearing it for a long time.
Thank you for posting! I am glad that you dig the work of Mr Bailey. To bad that the sound of the recording is not 'perfect'.Is there a way you can record directly into a mic? Cheers, Bart

Great work! I love prewar blues harp, like WIll Shade and co. Could you play by the way any cover of The Fox Chase?

Thanks for the comment Otis, but Fox Hunting is now banned in the UK so it may be in bad taste.
Anyway, I'm hooked on tongue style melody playing at the moment, so maybe in the future....watch this space.
I would love to see some versions of El Watson's Sweet Bunch of Daisies on youtube!
Cheers, Joel.
