WM 6.5 is just a minor upgrade, the reason there is so much hype about it is because Microsoft is starting to realise it needs to get off its fat ass and do something with what can be an fucking amazing mobile os, so its exciting to see what MS will have done.

I love WM and have used it since 2004.

in a recent interview it has been said that WM 6.5 and 7 will co exist in the market.. but 6.5 will be the cheaper devices and wm7 will be the premium devices for premium experiences.. probably it'll be a lot expensive..

mhtruth, multitouch is not just a software capability, it needs multi touch display. HTC touch doesn't have that display. I'm glad to see something about wm7 if it's real. In the description, the uploader writes about some skin, and I don't know where could anyone get wm7 pre beta, when it's so classified.
