As a samoan,a fellow pacific islander, we need to seek justice for the uso, the police should be accountable for their actions.. regardless of what circumstances, an innocent brother,partner,son & FATHER's life was taken away from him and in my understanding of the law,if you accidentally kill someone, then you should be charged with manslaughter,if 2 guys go out hunting and one of them mistakenly shoots the other by accident, then he is charged with manslaughter !
