  • The dog and cows are loving it, this is why i wont eat cows, they deserve a life, theyre playful and intelligent like horses.

  • Oh god im gonna wake my mum up with this laighing lmfao

  • I've heard that Rottweilers were initially breed for herding cattle and pulling wagons.

  • Oh well...lol, nice dog !

  • i would love the dog to transform into a lion all of the sudden

  • this is brilliant. what a cool dog

  • ahhahahahhahahahha

  • Rotwielers have a natural herding instinct? Don't know about that. But cows have a natural trample the dog to death instinct. If he'd slipped in the mud......game over for Fido i'm afraid. Don't take such risks with such a nice dog.

  • @leffehoegaarden These cows are around dogs all the time. That's how they are rounded up for milking twice a day. In all my years I have never seen a dog trampled by a cow.

  • @Cheeki1972 You milk heffers?

  • @leffehoegaarden yes we milk heifers.

  • @Cheeki1972 ....those are bulls.. and if you're

milking bulls, there's a problem.. hahaha

  • @TheWerwulfinme There is a bull in there, for the purpose of breeding with the heifers that are also in there.. in order for them to produce milk after the calves have been born. Hasn't this been a lovely lesson in dairy farming :)

  • @Cheeki1972 Theres always that first time...

  • @ICodr Yes thats true.. for most things. But as rotties were originally bred for herding, Im not going to be too worried about it.

  • @Cheeki1972 Yes well obviously. You don't worry each time you at an potatoe either even though you could choke to death on it. Its most likely not gonna happen. But theres that one little voice inside all of us that says "but what if...". Take care of the dogs, cause they take care of you. Love em. ;)

  • my rotty used to harass out horse alot .. just barking and trying to herd him i guess .. one day the horse got a lucky kick in a caught him in the teeth .. dog lost his four front teeth and it wouldve been much worse if it was full contact so be careful with his eh

  • @keanetobin Yep I hear that. Have been kicked by milking cows myself plenty of times, so I know the feeling lol.. although the dogs are quicker than I am.

  • @keanetobin Yep I hear that. Have been kicked by milking cows myself plenty of times, so I know the feeling lol.. although the dogs are quicker than I am.

  • i know just what to do. jumaaanjiiiii!!!!

  • very nice dog!

  • Gawjez !!!!!! I love him ! Can i please know what u feed him..? cos i like mine to be big & strong like yours too...

  • @fizzellicious That comes down to genetics. A good protein diet with calcium supplements wouldn't hurt his prospects though.

  • @Blitzbok Thank u.. !

  • Are you excersising the dog or the cows hahaha

  • wery beautifull rot,i like it...

  • lol my cat can do better lol

  • @mgordon858 There's a vid on here of a cat chasing a Grizzly Bear! So I believe you lol. My second eldest Siamese will go for anything as well.

  • Hahahahhahahahahahahahahahahahha!!!! That Rott very funny!! Tiring all those cows! LMAO

  • um aint it suppose to be the other way around instead of the cows chasing the dog aint the dog suppose to be chasing them just asking but i do have to say funny as all get out

  • The next time use just 1 cow, and the dog will show better results

  • ahahah, cows have herding instincts more than your dog!

  • I think you should use the cows are Shepard for a bunch of dogs

  • run ROTTIE! lol

  • I don't know what you are all complaining about, he did a brilliant job of bringing the cattle to the gate!

  • @kasstzam not the traditional way to herd but whatever works XD

  • mine would probably do the same thing lol

  • great

  • Haha. Pmsl. Love Rottweilers

  • beautiful rottie. we have a rottie as well and i think she would react the same with them haha

  • Lovely Rottweiler.How old is he/she?

  • @nb45001 Thanks :) he's about 7 months old in this vid.

  • I would be scared if i were the dog or the owner://

  • LOL

  • aw they are playing that's cute!

  • Best herding dog ever... teach him to run wherever you need the cows, and you're golden! :P

  • that rottie looks fat though ;P

  • It looks to me like your dog was the one who got herded.

  • This made me laugh so hard. Maybe the rotti was trying a different strategy for herding the cows. Instead of I chase them, get them to chase me. Plus for anyone who doesn't know this rottis were orginally bred for herding so this isn't actually dangerous. Plus the rotti can run a LOT faster than that.

  • Ha, this only further strengthens my resolve that Rottweilers are both hilarious and amazing dogs. Great video.

  • Thumbs up for Benny Hill music!!

  • This will invariably make the dog well exercised...trample???not at all. They are high energy working dogs. Its not too much. Its fun for the dog.

  • haha that dog is having a great time!

  • Yep that they do! They (Rotties) where kind of made to be a multi purpose dog. They were to do herding, pulling larger carts into market for the framer and protecting the family! I have seen one get a thousand pound Bull in a pen!! They just get a bad wrap!

  • Oleeeeee

  • what did you expect him to do? just throwing him in there like that. I'd do the same thing, Run!

  • nice lolzzz

  • Wow, its amazing to see how easily offended people are.

    Fucking idiotic city-dwellers.

  • The Rottweiler is a medium to large size breed of domestic dog that originated in Rottweil, Germany. The dogs were known as "Wurttemberger butchers' dogs" (German: Württemberger Metzgerhund) because they were used to herd livestock and pull carts laden with butchered meat and other products to market

  • benny hill rock........

  • australian blue healer.. probably the best cattle dog I have ever seen... chases them mavericks up the bull run like its going out of style.

very funny with the rottweiler.. nice video

  • I bet that dog smelled like bullshit lol

  • Haha, this is too cute. I LOVE Rottweilers. I had 2. They are the best dog breed EVER. Lol but I thought the Rottie was supposed to heard the cows, not the other way around. ;) Too cute.

  • Haha, this is too cute. I LOVE Rottweilers. I had 2. They are the best dog breed EVER. Lol but I thought the Rottie was supposed to heard the cows, not the other way around. ;) Too cute.

  • you do know rotties were herding dogs? they brought the sheeps etc. to the slaughterhouse

  • He's having the time of his life!

  • Geez, any rotty owner can tell he was having a ball and playing!! what with the negative comments?? Anywho, gorgeous boy you have there!! My rotty girl is petrified of cows..lol

  • LOL, dog is trolling those cows.

  • lol

  • OMG Diablo2 cow lvl

  • Man is a hunter-gatherer. How hilarious would it be if we put you in a field full of tigers, asshole ?

  • @7961640 wooooh take a chill pill mate.

  • @7961640 i don't think that's the greatest of analogies seeing as cows are vegetarians..

  • @7961640 and by vegetarians i mean herbivore's (most jokes don't get through to most people on the internet, figured i'd clear that up)

  • @7961640 Person being okay with the known fact that animals kill each other all the time, rages when a cattle gets close to a dog. Retard logic! Sorry if you didn't take your pills buddy.

  • @7961640 Well put me in a field of tigers and I will be rich off of selling their pelts!

  • @7961640 the dog runs to the gate and goes out when it wants out

  • @7961640 of course man is a hunter, what else you dumb fuck? "Put him in a field with tigers" shows your ignorance right there, who is ruling this planet, tigers or people? Stupid cunt.

  • @KALfilms Ouch. That's a lot of resentment.

  • @ethicomm I'm allergic to morons and Ignorance.

  • @7961640 dogs dont eat cows

  • I really think the cows are playing about as much as the dog.

  • Next thing you know... the rott is squished and trampled by thousands of pounds of cows =/

  • don't you think thats a bit mean? the cattle could have trampled him. poor dog, just sayin. :/

  • @haribo19986 he was running only as fast as he needed to.. both the cows and the dog were just playing..

  • @Cheeki1972 ok :)

  • @Cheeki1972 Cows play?

  • @Raphie009 They do.. they'll follow me around the paddock too.. very inquisitive .. and they also play together.

  • @Cheeki1972 I don't think so... if we saw what happened when the cows actually caught up with the dog, then we could judge that

  • @VsModel92 the cows could never outrun a rottie

  • @Cheeki1972 so you believe that if you kept the dog with the cows, there wouldn't be any problems?

  • @VsModel92 Yep thats pretty much what Im saying. They are milking cows and used to dogs being around them every day.

  • @Cheeki1972 I see

  • more like black ops zombies new map pack

  • EPIC!

  • hahahahahza

  • it looks like it is rounding them up naturally.

  • Some people should not own dogs. Matter of fact, some people aren't as smart as dogs and they only have the intelligence of a 3yr. old child.

  • NZ 4 Life ! :D <3

  • Reminds me of one of my sexy parties...

  • i was scared for the rottie

  • @rctriplefresh5 me too!!

  • Rottweiler called BASE!

  • Someone already commented on this but I have to COMPLIMENT you on your choice of music score for your clip. This Benny Hill is PERFECT for this! Fantastic.

  • Here we have a new episode of TOM & JERRY waoooooooo man

  • that would blow if a coyote went in there

  • @TheSniper251 That would be very odd.. considering we don't have them in NZ :)

  • @TheSniper251 my rottie killed two coyotes on his own!

  • @jayjatt that's sweet... I Love those dogs, they're fucking fearless !

  • super

  • LOVE the Benny Hill music!!! Rminds me of being a kid. Right after bathtime, Benny Hill before bed. 80's baby!!!

  • dog has to earn the cattles respect, with eye contact and the occational nip.

  • dont has to earn the cattles respect, with eye contact and the occational nip.

  • LOL!!!!! Great video!

  • Tussock tuffs in the paddock, totora stringers on the five strand barb wire fence, yellow ear tags on the cattle beasts ( Which you correctly named, as opposed to "Cows" ), a quick flash of what looked like privet growing along the fenceline and the grass is green.

    New Zealand, right?.

    :)

  • @uncletigger Too right mate :)

  • Well ... er ... that's kinda herding: at least he's keeping the herd together by having them chase him around(?)

    Music? WIN.

  • watch a vid of australian cattle dogs if u want to see herding, funny vid tho

  • I can't decide if the cows were just curious or ment buisness, because cows are extremely curious and the dog didn't seem frightened at all and ofcourse animals are very good at reading other animals minds.

  • Comment removed

  • Is the dog healthy? Maybe it's just me but I think he is runnibg a little weird, like draging his back legs a little

  • @noirpoet - I think it's just cause he knows that the cows cant catch up to him, so he's sort of "jogging" instead, to save energy. Cause it looks like he's having fun being chased by a bunch of cows... Haha

  • @noirpoet He's fine :)

  • how beautiful is that, they are all playing...so cute

  • cool video. whats the dogs name?

  • very nice

  • Turns out Cows have a Rottie herding instinct.

  • @Wedge8 lol!!!

  • cow: "girlz!!! a toy!!!"

all cows: "yeeeehhh!!! i wanna play!"

    rottie: "eeeeeek!"

    :D

  • there are no bad dogs, only bad owners, dogs learn their behaviour from their owners. example, we have 3 dogs, a maltese shitzu cross, a rotty/shepard/arabbull/mastiffX and a wolfhoundXmastiff pup and they are well behaved, docile, heck, even my 4yrold son gives the dogs hell and they're like 'meh', we treat them as members of the family and discipline from and early age so they know what is acceptable

  • Love it.... My rotty does the samething but with my horse.....

  • hilarious! I'd love to put my rotty to the test too but i think she'd run a mile lol!

  • lol at the end bull or cow is like "oh come on man we're having fun don't go!"

  • Our Rottie Caesar used to do this with our horses kind of like playing tag :D

  • Cows like jazz. Play jazz to the cows and see what happens.

  • hey man, I haven't ever had a dog before and was considering of getting a rottie,

do you think its a bad idea?

  • @KLP2566 google is your friend... see what goes along with having a Rottie.. the decision is yours really.. would be hard for me to comment not knowing you :)

  • @KLP2566 don't get a rottie. They are by nature unpredictable and NOT a good guard dog. Want a effective guard dog, great family pet and companion? Get a Anatolian Shepherd.

  • @KLP2566

It´s possible, but a rottie isn´t the best dog for a beginner! :) They need serious training!

  • @KLP2566 well in normal cases probably so, but in this hilarious bit, it should have been the other way around? haha

  • @KLP2566

I'd advise against it. Powerful breeds like Rotties are not a good choice for a first time dog owner. They need a great amount of socializing, training and a firm hand in rearing. Owners unfamiliar with dog behavious and body language can easily miss warning signs, and with a dog as big as a Rottie the last thing you want is for it to get out of your control.

They are definitely great and beautiful dogs, but very challenging.

  • @KLP2566 I had a rottie as a first dog. The breeders will recommend that you get a female, because males can be more of a challenge. Are you thinking about getting a rottweiler puppy and raising it yourself or a older dog?

  • @KLP2566

    Go for it.

    They're not inherently bad dogs.

People just raise them that way.

  • @KLP2566 Raise it right and socialize it a lot and you shouldn't have issues with aggression. They can be stubborn though so just keep that in mind. They are very loving though and will get very attached, they are an amazing breed.

  • Hehe. Brilliant! :)

  • your cows are herding the rottweiler.

  • my rotweiler also vs cattle. It just so happened the cattle was already killed, butchered, bbq'd and put in his bowl but he still vs it

  • I always thought herding was the other way around, dog chasing the cattle.

  • My Rottweiler looves playing to be chased!!

  • rott's the best dog ever :D

  • He would be great NFL player.

  • haha nice god dog:D

  • LOL!!!!!!! That's super CUTE!!!!!

  • The cows are chasing the dog. There's no herding going on here.

  • @jkmycko1

I respectfully disagree, I think the cattle should get credit for the magnificent job they did of returning the errant dog to his owners.

  • awww I was hoping to see a dog kill a cow.... oh well

  • Brown cow: "I was adopted wasn't I?"

  • lol

  • HAHAH THAT'S HILARIOUS!

  • The cattle are herding the dog quite effectively...

  • @Luculencia YOU are EXACTLY right. people on here think the Rottie was herding the cattle, but he WASN"T the cattle was chasing the dog.

  • hahaha nice video

  • kkkkkkk

  • them heffers sure do know how to work as a team.

  • This is what the Rottweiler is originally bred for, herdin' cattle and protect them against wolves and black bears. If ya don't believe me, look it up! ;-)

  • perfect for hording. let the dog run, the cattle will follow, call dog to you, cattle still follows, you have cattle together. So... he does his job, bit unorthodox, but he does ;)

  • "CACHORRO IDIOOOTA!" KKKKKK (Poucos entendem)

  • cattle training :)

  • Think for him its just a game, but looks cool!!!

  • That dog can scramble!!!!

  • 1:05 cattle got boped

  • benny hill music

  • how do u train the cattle to follow the dog????

    jk

  • I bet that dog could make one hell of a zombie train.

  • hahahahah lol i give you my 10000MG STARS!!
