Actually another question is tactfully invented by Obama in between and is answered for the same. This means He creates the question and Later answers the same. More importantly none complains.
This way Obama keeps everyone happy.

In Press conferences if a reporter asks an uncomfortable question, which if answered honestly will trigger a diplomatic row with another country, is deflected tactfully to some other point. His wit of humor helps in it. Even the most prolific journalists came under the charisma of this man. Of course if they go back to the actual question and actual answer, they would find out that answer is not for the question the reporter asked.

Bush kept this country safe since 9/11, for that alone, I have the utmost respect for the man. So he wasn't a popular POTUS, it's not a popularity contest as Obama would lead you to believe.
