i experimented with my voice for around 3 months until i figured out how to scream. i find screaming comes from deep in the throat, just above your collar bone. just keep messing around and ull get it, just make sure it doesnt hurt. and make sure ur throat is wet when u do.. dry throat + screaming = fail

@metallicaowns83 Cool, I can scream a little now. My range isn't huge, and I can't do it for more than an hour before my voice is gone but there is no pain.

anyone have any advice on how to sing like dez? I know a bit about fry screaming, but not alot, and my vocals arent deep or grrr enough lol. They just sound raspy and mid pitched.

It's all in how wet Dez's voice is.

Don't Scream from your throat, do it from your stomach(If you get what I'm saying.)

If you're singing drink alot of fucking water.

Train your Body and Mind to not get so dry in your mouth when you sing.

(I'm in a Coal Chamber Cover band, I'm the singer and I used to have the same problem you did)

Just practice alot and you'll get it, Promise man.
