i have a yfz 450 se 2008 stock,last night i turn it on and realise the exhausr header as become orange and the fan as not turn on... is it a problem? how can i stop the header orange?

@clyddoudou My fan only comes on after I ride it pretty good. Its normal for it to turn red if it has any sort of exhaust mods, I know you said its stock but have you taken any of the guts out of your exhaust?

I liked them when i had them. But after modding my 450, all i do is spin them, they cant hook up anymore.

I now run Maxxis Razr mx's on DWT rims. Hook up alot better, and handle better than the klaws would ever dream of.

The Klaws are made to be reversable.

The V faces forward for hard terrain, and the V faces backwards for sandy, loose terrain.

The cam mod is a must have for the YFZ in my honest opinion. It makes it alot more fun to ride, it pulls alot harder up top.

They are 20-11-9's in the back.

Yeah took me a good couple hours and a few trips to the dealer for more jets.

dont bother with dyno-jet kits, or whatever else.

Get jets right from the dealer for $3-5 each. Save money and get it done easier.

on my 05 yfz the only performance mods i have done to it is an hmf slip on exhaust, kn air filter, and dynojet jetting. I'm planning on doing the cam mod this weekend. Right now it runs just a little bit too rich but i like it that way so do you think my jetting will be ok eith the cam mod or will i have to rejet?

On the side of the carb, where the throttle cable pulls to lift the slide, you put a small zip-tie to clamp the 2 peices inside the carb so it is an instance responce and no bog what-so-ever.
