The obvious answer to Airport congestion is to build bigger and better airports, a third and then a fourth runway at Heathrow would be a good start.
Nobody should listen to the hypocritical idiots of Greenpeace and Plane Stupid, what they are against is cheap air travel, not air travel per se. These middle class tarquins hate the fact that ordinary joes can drive cars and fly places.
