Is this the vst plugin or standalone? I've seen vst pluging working through NI which look terrible..I'd like to know if the vst's of eastwest all have this set out in cubase..thanks :)
EW developed their own custom engine called PLAY, used by all their newer products like Fab Four. PLAY can run stand-alone and also as a plugin in Cubase.
It's a pity this isn't as easy to pirate as most other VSTs!

I was being facetious. Most DRM doesn't bother me all that much. The iLok system can get a bit inconvenient at times, though.

Good sound, but poor efficiency of the play engine, it really kills your computer when some intensive strings are loaded
