Yay for going for the lowest common denominator: _the_ relationship stereotypes. You know, that "soap opera" genre died in 1990s. I think the message will be more long-lasting and funny if you base it on real life events. I'm kind of expecting gay jokes at this point. Characters portrayed in a dumb way for humour and the forcing of situational comedy to make a scene makes me think I could do better job just by improvising the whole script. You need a character to have character development.
I'm not much on stereotyping the vague and vast differences between men and women. There are no general rules. I don't think the human mind can be stereotyped by gender. There are some common denominators in gender differences, but you have to take it case by case. The human mind and behavior go far beyond a simple category or inaccurate stereotype that represent an entire population.
@NYCRegalGal Yeah, AFAIK the main differences are physical and not behavioral. The different genders have different role models, get slightly different public education and aspirations to copy behavioral models and it is basically the education culture that causes these differences. Even biologically both genders grow from the same DNA and have the same organs that develop in a gender-specific way. Even the sex organs function pretty similarly, hinting that they are variants of the same one.
wow guys no need to get so flustered. this video is just trying to be a joke, it just failed to be funny. think of how many jokes youve heard about guys talking about marriage
@AngelofDethMetal Those aren't jokes. Women do bring men down. Ask any husband who wants to climb a mountain, build a house, go rock climbing, watch football, enjoy a sunday off...
@JonnyAmericaTV I'd pack his gear, help him build it in any way I can, go rock climbing with him, make him snacks, and do anything to help him enjoy his day off, even if that meant going out to the mall and letting him spend it alone.
If you ever want a good relationship, you should first learn that every women is different. Just because the women's rights movement turned most of us into idiots doesn't mean all of us are the same.
there's something i noticed about women, everything about sex has to be about pleasing them. I understand that giving them an orgasm is very important to keep the sex life healthy, but considering most of the girls i spoke to had seen zero pornography or only read information coming from other women, i wonder if they even give the slighest 'fuck' about what men want...
trust me it's not because i came that you had anything to do with it...
@7hom then how about you stick to your hand? i don't think it minds whether or not you make it feel good and since the girl you're with has nothing to do with it, i'm sure you could cut out a pesky little problem with the whole orgasm this way.
If I call you out how this video is making men look bad, then I will be called sexist by many. But you playing this video saying that all men are the same in that they dont care about their girlfriends/wives/partners, how is that not sexist?
@MacNcheese76 it's all a matter of proportion. They are way more vids on this network making fun of women - and one who does the contrary, you go crazy.
I knew this was a parody when the woman said "Then some of us grew brains." NOPE! Not on this planet. BRB, gonna go watch Dumbhoes, parody of Dumbo the Elephant.
It's funny, in any crappy flick, that the stock "Edgy" best friend, can have her innate sexual or cultural identity milked to make the movie look like it has dimension: Same dialogue with Black "Been there" best friend replacing Lesbian: "Guuuurl, we all dreamt when we was younga...but then...we got brains."
Lovely collection of utter cliches so far but wtf at no airport scene? I really hope there's an airport scene in the final movie. Also you should have a scene where a woman realizes that her partner is not as much into babies as she is because women like babies and men are afraid of them! This is going to be so great!
P.S. Seriously though, where's that airport scene?
