If they won't stop harvesting animals from the bush, then at least teach them something about retail marketing. The meat sellers are clueless.
Presentation is everything in the shopping experience. Sight, sound, and smell (the 3 S's) are to be paramount.
I would never shop in the environment that the sellers have provided. Why, with proper training, they could triple last years sales.
