What a great and underrated album. Never on the Mojo/Uncut/Q's "best rock albums ever" lists, and I wonder why. A gem of a record, every single song is absolutely wonderful, and the guitars are GREAT

Where the electric guitar starts I so could have sworn that it was a TV-Public Service background music.
On Orlando, FL ch-9....back in the early '70's
As a teenager, it represented the awesomeness of aging & the possibilities!

what's really cool is that the beeping over the singing telegraph wires at the end is Morse code for "register and vote."
I forgot how good this album is,glad I remembered again :)

Momma's in the kitchen cooking up a storm, I ain't never tasted nothin' better.

I love Joe Walsh. This is probably my favorite, beautiful piano and harmonies!

Much of the beautiful piano work was by drummer Joe Vitale. The Joe's made a great team. I wish they'd write another album soon.
