Green tea in simple traditional teabags is mostly of low quality and filled with tea dust . Only those with spacious design (like TeaGschwendner MasterBag) allow the whole tea leaves to develop full flavor. Looking for a shop to buy quality tea? Look at the teagschwendner website!
It depends on how big your cup / mug is. Take the recommendation for your green tea, devide it by 10 and then multiply by the content of your cup. E.g: You use a cup for 0.2 litre, the recommended amount of tea for 1 litre is 12 gram. 12 : 10 x 2 = 2.4 gram.

if you don't want to take out the scale for measuring 12 grams of tea per liter... 1 teaspoon per cup (250 ml)
