BTW, in case you need a simple test image generator, I have a really simple design for a working PAL generator generating an FUBK (german) test image including colour with just an ATMega32 running at 16 MHz and some resistors.
I'm assuming you being in Scotland you are using PAL. Did you have to specify your country system at purchase or does it have a Pal/NTSC switch? You also mentioned in another video that you have to be careful of the power supply. Do you recommend purchasing a separate power supply? thanks.
@WatchOut4Keith It works with all systems PAL / NTSC / SECAM - If you want more of a range you can buy a good VHF or UHF TV amplifier from RF Source in Greece, look on ebay :)

@WatchOut4Keith Yes use a better PSU. You'll need 2 of them if you decide to add an RF Amplifier.
