It's not a matter of instituting new "systems"... modern people THINK just like cave men, survival of fittest, destroying competition. A few nlightened souls may strive for utopia, but basically we are not emotionally ready. People are still drawn to religious superstitions that let them feel spiritually/morally superior to others! Global unity will never happen as long as people remain so self-centered.
