I will not recomend this to people who wants to invest in this area. The best choice is (PAF) Fazai housing scheme if you really want to be a part of future Islamabad. Option 2 might be Tele Garden E 17 which is in CDA sector. Please stay away from socities who don't have NOC, like Mumtaz city, Arain City and Graceland, I have no informatin about Airport Garden but the site is to far from future Airport and might be long time investment.
