I`m guessing patient A was over-minused in the first place or they have small pupils and therefore a greater depth of focus like a pinhole camera

In my research, it becomes obvious that over minusing is a problem. (Video to follow on this point) Usually large pupils are present in over minused person!!! In this case, the change, or no change in patient 1, was her being able to enter into immediate relaxation of the mind after being prompted by the physiological parasympathetic stimulation of the plus lens. This can also happen in the over-minused situation, however, only in the absence of fear. Thanks for your comment
