Yes, buy if you plan to have more than one that you need a bigger one but this one will do just fine for just one

Nah This thing can handle Tri SLI Maybe pushing but it might be pushing it but this thing could easily handle 2 GTX 260s

A PSU that you can put in your PC to get more volt, if you are upgrading your PC with hardware wich need more electric current you have also to upgrade this as well.
