@EmoLooking13 He didn't hurt his ear - The title of the video is wrong. He is getting molds made for in-ear monitors which musicians use to hear them self during a concert. Thats why he is getting blue silicon injected into his ears - After a few minutes it will be taken out and used to make the in-ear monitors.

He's not getting his ears treated, he's getting new in-ear monitors. Thats how you fit them. 1st you put in the stopper thing (made of foam) so the paste doesn't go all the way down your ear. Thats what the white strings are connected to. Sometimes putting that part in hurts. Thats why Bill is saying it hurts. The "blue stuff" is a putty used to take a mold of the ear.
