@Secret111SquirreL book learning is still learning, the whole reggae genre is really interesting. & most modern music comes from version & dub, not necessarily directly but it what dub evolved in to and how it evolved. to real good dvd's to get are 'dub echoes' & 'dub stories'. most modern genres are here thanks to 1 big & important accident. he 2 dvds i mentioned are A* also a TV program called 'Reggae Britannia', there are a load of different eps of that tho.
@Secret111SquirreL you dont know too much about mad professor if you wrote a comment like that. Mad prof has also done some dubstep & his son 'Joe Ariwa' does loads of dubstep as well, apart from that all the mad professor, lee perry, adrian sherwood etc. is classed as UK dub anyway, Jamaican dub is people like king tubby
Hey everybody! Mad Professor will perform live dub to dubstep show at KOKO on 19th June 2010 along Trojan Sound System, Channel One Sound System and more. Check WeGotTickets(dot)com for cheap early bird tickets.
@exmatproton an addon to my last reply. this albumwas released in 1990 & why would someone like mad professor use FL when he creates & builds all his own equipment?
