It sounds weird, but asprin is like a friggen miracle for zits. Just put it in the palm of your hand or in a little bowl and add enough water to make it pasty and put it where it's needed! Or if you notice it at night and want it gone in the morning you can hold ice on it for 10 minutes.

You get rid of them with alcohol ... Just use some whiskey or some vodka (apply with a coton) for 3/5 minutes (gotta wash your face first) and then leave it be, it should shrink pretty fast and disappear the next day. One thing you DONT want to do though is use this technique too often since alcohol on skin = rashes and dry skin (really fun in winter (OH ... Canada, we stand on guard for thee ...) if you see what I mean ;) )

ok if the zit is rly gross clean face an fingers and just get it out. then use something to cool it which is clean (ice, special cleaning water for face) and than cover it up decently. if it#S IN the beginning try to counter-attack with one of those anti zit sticks from the drugstore that dry them out. it works pretty good.

Honey mask. Honey is antiseptic (so it kills the bacteria), a humectant (meaning it keeps moisture in your skin), and has anti-oxidents. Also it's delicious. Just smear the honey (raw honey is best if you can get it) on your face, let it sit for at least half an hour and rinse off with warm water.

Before bed I squeeze out the gunk til it bleeds, then I sanitize with something high in ethyl alcohol (vodka or hand sanitizer). Then I put on some bacitracin.  This and a good multivitamin and it is usually gone by morning.
