@yoyoxshuffle in emerald kyogre and groudon move around like latios and latias but by going to the weather man you can find out where they are. Groudon will be in a cave though and like kyogre, will move from area to area

When I just finished the elite four in Emerald, I -for some reason- went underwater, soon I found a shiny clamperl underwater :D

The nice thing was I still could choose whether I wanted a Huntail or a Gorebyss.

LATER ON, I went to the Artisan Cave (where you can only encounter Smeargles) because the cave was chockfull of items, and I found myself a Shiny Smeargle! :)

Back then it was so special, nowadays I can just create a chain of 40 get 5 shinies and get the hell outta there xD
