  • Because it's a chest exercise, not a leg and back exercise.......You have to a strong chest to push the weight up when you have no power in your legs since they aren't being used,

  • That's a horrible way to bench. Put your god damn feet on the floor you fairy. How do you expect to utilize your legs and back to get the weight up when you do that?

  • You roll up not shoot in the tour(ballot) of the bar(helm)???? What it's a pity when one want to give lesson he(it) needs to give them correctly for the safety(security) of practise(have a practice)!
