@007bondjb We were down under in Australia for the Tennis Tournament. I refrain from using the internet while on our family trips and, well, my hubby doesnt play those annoying video games that makes him play until he wins. So we are stuck with each other while on vacation. I gotta say it aint bad.lol.

Sure, a Jambalaya would be great, but Lord knows there's going to be more than enough food there as it is to kill all of us, so why make it more complicated? I'm with you on KISS. Red beans-n-rice sounds like a perfect dish to go with everything.
