great facility to use the legs, but the championships gain with gyaku tsuki, if you use it but it is going to you to go better, is much more effective that the kicks...

lmao "its not a sport its lifestyle". Get off the mans balls. Yeah he's good but he's an obvious asshole. Karate can't stop bullets :) (as much as I respect karate)
