@79000tomas actully they dont turn into big worms, the worms are allready inside them, he extract it from those girls... and also, they are all human, but when they have the worms inside of em, you can compare them zombie-a-like creatures then need to be cleansed ... or destroyed (i prefer the last one :D)

Funniest thing I ever did was run around an entire level with telekiniesis on, carrying a Big daddy. Whenever a splicer jumped out, Mr. Bubblez saved me by being a bullet shield and a throwable object. It is fun to kill other big daddys with yours. Little Sisters aren't the only ones to be safe with Mr. bubbles. xD

Scary: you're being stalked by zombies, and the only thing you can do is RUN

Disturbing: you see a little girl that's been genetically modified to drink blood from corpses

Fear requires a sense of danger, and ironically, the 2 most disturbing characters, the little sister and the big daddy, never attack you except in defence.

@uknowdeath If you choose to Harvest instead of Save a Little Sister, you'll see that a nasty looking slug lives in their stomachs. Apparently young girls are the only ones who can survive having a slug in their bellies. The Little Sisters suck out the Adam from the dead Splicers, guzzle it down, and the slug produces insane amounts which I can only assume the Little Sisters pee out... *shrugs* or something along those lines

let me get this straight... you could just shoot the little sisters and get the adem, but you'd be shooting an inosent little messed up girl OR you could remove the evil out of her and just take the adem. But the little girls can't live long with out the evil stuff in there system... so you kill them either way!
