We get a lot of flack for being so damn nostalgic, theres only one reason for this, not that we hate today, but quite simply the 1980's was the GREATEST decade in history to be a child growing up, it has gone down since then, and DOES NOT compared to any preceding time or era. It wasa child's wonderland, the deacde was MADE for children.

This is great! I was reading comments, and I have to agree with the poster who said that this intro still sends chills down your spine. Every time I hear this, it takes me back to when I was about a 6 year-old child. That's a powerful very intro to still have this type of effect on me 26 years later.

The new knight rider wasn't show, it was an hour long ad for ford. Ford didn't pay the studio for a spot, ford hired the studio to make a commerical into a show. no different from an infomercial. A new low for tv. it was really appalling.

Hm, Viper? I've never heard of it. They used to play re-runs of Knight Rider on USA but they replaced it with lesser shows like Walker Texas Ranger and their shitty afternoon original series'. I don't think it got picked up by any classic stations either, unless maybe it's on some obscure advanced cable/satellite channels. I was receiving the whole show on VHS but the company who was selling it discontinued it so I have like half the show, lol....on VHS. :/
