how does it work does the weights cum round and shut the net at the bottom so they cant get out

ive never seen this kind, but on a regular net thats how it works. WAYYY too hard to explain though.

theres strings attached to the weights and when u pull on the rope the string pulls the weights up so the fish get trapped
