A 35R will make more power but wont make full boost until 1000-1500rpm after the 28RS, for a small displacement 4cyl street car a 28RS is far better suited and will have a much better powerband.

First off. You don't need any of those 3 things.

Intercooler, yes they help and add HP. You don't need to upgrade pistons. Don't 04 CTRs have k20s? People have put stock ones on like 20psi. lol

You'd get a turbo, charge piping, intercooler, a manifold, and a tune. Depending on what you wanna make your motor would probably last. But if you wanted more you'd have to get your block sleeved, get low comp pistons, rods, etc.

And gears is just stupid to say.

you could easily run in the 10 lb range on the stock engine. With a good tune, and efficient turbo manifold/turbo/charge piping. A small[er] intercooler, ~270 whp and you would romp on almost everything on the streets

any more boost than 8-10lbs you will likely have to get lower compression pistons to have any durability.

basic diy turbo setup, will run around 1-1.5k. plus tune. The only thing to consider, is quality of exhuast, turbo and tune. You going to run into heat problems, and reliability. Which a great tune, is the one thing to focus on. Building a diy kit will save you lots of money. Just find someone than can bend the pipes ( exhaust and charge pipes) and a tune and you can do it all for under 2 grand. Then if you feel you want more later. ur set, a few minor upgrades and gain another 100whp after that

this is not a good example of a turbocharged vtec...my hatch with Greddy turbo is set at 20psi with full internals-643whp :) a 600hp camaro (in which i also have a 450hp z28 camaro) is far too heavy to keep up with my hatch, i rape my camaro by atleast 10 car lengths EVERY time...these days V8s dont mean SHIT!

The b20's have unstable valvetrain and high rpm's the only way i would ever do a large bore build would be with a b20 block sleeved and bored to 90mm eagle h-beam rods and lightening of the entire rotating assembly. And then slapping a gsr or b16 head onto the b20 block is the only way to do it, anything else is just asking for trouble.
