There's really no need for back surgery anymore, just eat a one pound bag full of blue M&Ms and wash it down with a pitcher of blue raspberry kool-aid with every meal and you should feel some immediate relief, just not on the toilet.
The problem with studies is you don't know who sponsored the study. I'd like to know how much were the investigators paid. I would bet the insurance companies were behind the study to deny patients from having the surgery at all. Another home run for health insurance companies in America.
