One of my fave animes since i was 15 when it came out here in the states since i've been an anime fan since 93 when i was 12 thanks to Vampire Hunter D, Robot Carnival and Twilight of the Cockroaches. I did saw some anime in the 80s and early 90s as a kid such as Mysterious Cities of Gold, Voltron, Thundercats, Warriors of the Wind, Little Nemo, Noozles, Jack and The Beanstalk, Unico 1 & 2 and others but VHD planted me to become an anime fan.

I decided to watch this after I read on tvtropes that the people who dubbed it had no script or audio. I wanted to see what made-up adaptation dialogue was like. It's almost like a professional version of a fandub by someone with no knowledge of the plot.

No, the 2000s were the best in the anime criteria. Japan's animation industry from what I heard was going downhill in the early 90s, though Neon Genesis Evangelion saved it in 1995 and it has only gone uphill up.

As for the American area, they basically started dying around 2002.

I like to see high quality cartoons for instance, like Samurai Pizza Cats, or some

of the better Cartoon Network cartoons such as Dexter, Johnny Bravo, 2 Stupid dogs..

That is interesting to watch at least. But we have nothing of that anymore, instead we get

stupid and boring American shows like Hanna Montana, or I-Carly dubbed in Dutch to make

it even less watchable then it already was.

the cartoons to give them a nice intro, and outro. Creating a nice setting. And the cartoons

were actually all enjoyable to watch. But it seems that today the best we have on T.V. is

Spongebob on Nick, followed up by a load of trash shows with BAD Dutch dubbing.

I tell you, it's horrible *puke*

Other then that, it's Disco/Geo channel with infinite re-runs of everything. *snore*

Back in the day when basic cable gave me slim pickings between boring adult shows, and kids shows so stupid I couldn't even tolerate them at pre-school age, shows like Samurai Pizza Cats were not to be missed. It wasn't my favourite (that was Rugrats), but between a show like this and Barney the choice was obvious. I have a vague memory of not wanting to leave the house to go to pre-school because Samurai Pizza Cats was on. So thanks for one of my earliest surviving memories Pizza Cats.
