2:17 - basically this guy did 2 dash attacks, but he lost health only for 1 of them.

it was one dash attack, all he did was turn around, using the standard turning around control(back and A)

It is made if making usual quick turn while running.
It doesn't come out in case of running for a while and not being and not typing the button immediately.
Way, it is possible to do a turn on either side, too.
