@OpakeArawra2 Actually he died from a gangrenous infection from a broken hip, but yes he did a lot of drugs and drank heavily. The fact remains that he was a treasure to American music that should will live on beyond his shortcomings in life....I suppose we should all hope for the same fate in that sense, no?
