Your first finger on the first string (E),fret 2.

Your middle finger on the B string,fret 3.

Your ring finger on the D string,fret 4.

And your little finger on G string,fret 4.

You can also bar chords on fret 2 like wayslinn does,but it's harder.I gave you the easy version of this chord.

barre the second fret from the 5th string to the first. Use your index finger for this.

Middle finger 3rd fret 2nd string

pinky finger 4th fret 3rd string

What she does for the "Tchac" is she uses the palm she's strumming with, To mute the strings as she strikes them :D at least that's what it seems to me, Give it a try, may take some work seeing as it doesn't seem easy, But I hope I helped yah some.
