This is how I play against Chun-Li's as Honda as well..It takes long because look at what we do, we back away from the projectile, because if we jump we'll get hit by a kick and pay for it..We can't headbutt from long range against CH players.

Mago's matchup was faster due to the nature of C. Viper.

Sagat does way too much damage per move. Look how long it takes for Chun to finish a freaking Honda (supposedly Chun's strong match-up) and compare it to Mago's game. I wasn't paying attention to the health bar and it felt like each round ended abruptly in the middle.

That's because Chun is a wait character, Honda is a tank. C. Viper is a balls-to-the-wall aggro character, and Sagat is dangerous when you're up close. The matches ended early because of the stylistic differences in the characters. See a Dhalsim and Sagat match and you'll see a match that won't end soon.
