Still in awe of Tommy, after seeing him in Leeds (UK) 4 years ago.

He IS the complete guitar player, able to squeeze every last drop of "feeling" out

of the slow ones and then rev up to play the fast ones like you only dream about !

This song is actually called Restless Eyes, by Janis Ian. I think Tommy managed to make a great song even better. Only he could have done that, just a fantastic version.

@martingoldfire No, it's definitely "You Needed Me". There's another youtube video entitled "Tommy Emmanuel, jokes, message, you needed me" in which he actually talks about what the song means to him.

@snkhuong This is model is called: Tommy Emmanuel Signature, this guitar has been with Tommy for many years, in fact it was the first full spec model for Tommy with MATON. It only sounds better with age. Tommy has stated many times this guitar has been broken a number of times by airlines and put back together.

Thanks for posting. I heard this played in Berlin and even though it isn't by far a difficult piece by tommy's standard he plays it with such touch and emotions that it is incredible to hear! Thanks for posting this with good sound!

@sidneyandherbie this will be my 1st tommy gig having only discovered him on YT a couple of months ago, and i cant stop watching him. ive been to alot of concerts over the years but i have never looked forward to one as much. comments on YT describe it as a magical experience and say the sound quality is unbelievable. i doubt you would disagree.=)
